Dr. Rachna D. Jain

Dr. Jain, a professional coach, started using articles to promote her business about two years ago. She has several different websites including  http://www.SalesAndMarketingCoach.com so she writes articles about various topics and different perspectives. The number of submission sites differed for each article but at a minimum were at least 100 sites. A recent search of Google™ found that Dr. Jain's articles are listed on thousands of sites!

Dr. Jain writes for many on–line and off–line publications and is widely quoted in a variety of places. She has been featured in such publications as Cosmopolitan Magazine, Selling Power, Seventeen Magazine and many more. Her results have been maximized by her willingness to offer customized articles to print and on–line publications.

The proofreading, formatting and actual article submissions are done by Dr. Jain's Virtual Assistant who uses e–zineAnnouncer to keep track of the thousands of submission sites on her list.

The typical submission schedule used by Dr. Jain is about one article per quarter but occasionally she has submitted more often. Some of the results of her submissions has been increased website ranking and traffic from her articles, many additional subscribers to her e–zines, increased product sales, radio interviews and best of all – more clients!

Lydia Ramsey

Lydia Ramsey is an author, consultant and professional speaker focusing on the topic of business etiquette. Her website is located at http://www.MannersThatSell. com.

Lydia has been submitting articles to promote her services and products for about eighteen months. In the beginning she submitted an article every two to three months to a small list of submission sites. In the past few months, with the help of her Virtual Assistant, she has begun to submit once or twice a month to a submission list of hundreds of sites.

Some of the results of her article submissions have included more traffic to her website, increased link popularity in Google™ and an e–zine list that has grown from 600 to 1,700 in the past year alone. She also has sold more product and enjoys a spike in purchases right after an article has been submitted and starts showing up on–line. NPR and several major metropolitan area stations have come calling for radio interviews after seeing Lydia's articles on–line.

Lydia has been contacted and asked for quotes by major publications, newspapers, radio, magazines and television, including Entrepreneur and Forbes.com, through the online articles. Some have asked to use quotes directly from the articles. The number of inquiries coming into her business has tripled and she has doubled the number of clients booked because they found her online.

She has also received numerous comments and questions via e–mail from people who read her articles. Many are asking for additional advice and others are citing personal examples of incidents that have happened to them and relate their stories to what she has written. As a result, she gets more material for the future and receives useful testimonials.

Tessa Stowe

Tessa Stowe is the proprietor of Sales Conversation. She obtained her first sales job via the Yellow Pages. That first sales job was with a computer company and amazingly, with no experience, Tessa went on to become their top sales achiever in 3 years. She focused on acquiring a powerful mindset rather than traditional sales skills and this gave her the key to her success. Today, Tessa teaches other people to find the joy in selling and helps them have passion for their own products and services.

Tessa has published a free e–zine for some time but wanted to broaden her subscriber base and increase visitors to her site. She came to Davis Virtual Assistance for a full article submission project with her article "10 Essential Criteria For Choosing Your Target Market." I began the submissions on Wednesday and by Friday Tessa's article was listed on 900+ sites that had been picked up by Google during an index update. Tessa has, at this time, committed to another twelve article submissions over the next few months.
