PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE. DVA MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.

1. Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions.

The entire contents of the Site are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The owner of the copyrights and trademarks are DVA, its affiliates or other third party licensors. You may add the submission sites to your current list (if you have one) but you may not copy the descriptions which have been written by DVA solely for members of this site. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY MANNER, THE MATERIAL ON THE SITE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE AND/OR SOFTWARE. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own non–commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials.

2. Membership

Once you purchase your individual membership you will create a login and password which will be sent to you by e–mail confirmation. You may not share this membership information with anyone at any time. Membership is strictly on an individual basis and cannot be shared within a company or organization. DVA uses software to track use of the membership site and has the right to terminate any membership that is clearly being abused or shared.

3. Submission Sites

You agree not to spam or submit anything else to the submission sites except for articles. You must discontinue submitting articles if you receive a complaint from the site and you are asked to remove them. If this should happen please forward a copy of the removal request e–mail to DVA and the site will be removed from our list.

3. Use of the Site

You understand that, except for information, products or services clearly identified as being supplied by DVA, DVA does not operate, control or endorse any information, products or services on the Internet in any way. Except for DVA identified information, products or services, all information, products and services offered through the Site or on the Internet generally are offered by third parties, that are not affiliated with DVA.

4. Privacy

As a member of this site you will be required to register and pay for access. All of your personal information including payment and billing is kept confidential and only used by our payment processors to verify your identity and payment method. The only records we keep are your user name, login, e–mail address and account expiration date. We will never share, rent or sell your information. You are a valuable and respected customer and we plan to treat you that way.

5. Contents of Site

DVA strives to include a wide variety of sites and topics for article submission. However, we do not guarantee that every site or topic will be covered in your membership. Article Submission Sites is a family friendly membership site. We will never accept or post sites that deal with sexuality, race, hatred, hacking or hate. DVA makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through this one or which may link to this Site. When you access a non–DVA web site, please understand that it is independent from DVA, and that DVA has no control over the content on that web site. In addition, a link to a DVA web site does not mean that DVA endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such web site.

6. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DVA, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service.

7. Term; Termination.

This Agreement and your Membership in this site may be terminated by DVA at any time. Reasons for termination includes sharing login/passwords with third parties, submitting anything but articles to a submission site, harassing or stalking of the site owner, staff or owner of a submission sites, etc. Members are expected to behave in a professional manner while visiting and using the site.

If you find any of the terms distasteful then please do not purchase a membership to this site.
